About Pricing
There are three possible pricing levels. Select the lowest one that you qualify for. The Affinity Program price is always the lowest. Pre-paid is lower than the Purchase Order price which is regular price.
The Affinity Program is for any client of Steve Keller & Associates, Inc. past or present. If you think you are a past client but aren’t sure, please call us and we will look you up. For information on the Affinity Program go to the Affinity Program website. NOTE: Even Affinity purchases must be pre-paid by check or credit card. Even if you are an Affinity Program member, if you pay by PO, you lose the Affinity price. Non-clients cannot join the Affinity Program. It is for clients only and is our way of giving something back to clients.
Pre-paid orders (credit card or check) receive a discount. If you are not eligible for the Affinity Program we recommend that you try to pre-pay using a credit card or check to get the discount.
We accept Purchase Orders from non-profit cultural properties only. We do not accept Purchase Orders from guard companies or other for-profits. Please pre-pay. If you use a PO, be sure to compute your price based on the regular non-discounted price.
Purchase order terms are “Net 30 days”.
We no longer take credit cards over the internet. We take VISA, MasterCard, Discover Card, and American Express by phone. We have discontinued our online operation because we found that a majority of our customers prefer to speak directly with one of our associates to assure security of their card.
To place an order by phone, have your product list and catalog number(s) ready for the products you want, have your credit card with you so we can verify it by asking for the codes printed on it, and know the card’s billing address even if it is different from the shipping address.

For Pre-Paid Mail Orders, send a check or money order payable to “Horizon Institute” along with the list of products you want by mail. Be sure to include postage and shipping if any is additional. For Purchase Orders, send your PO to the above address with your order. You MUST be CERTAIN that you have used the the Purchase Order price and not the discount price or your PO will be returned. If shipping in indicated as required, be sure to include it. Half of all purchase orders are problematic because buyers incorrectly assume that if they use the Affinity discount price that we will honor it. We will not. So please call if you have questions or aren’t sure if you are elligible for Affinity discounts. You can mail POs or FAX them to (386) 673-5208. Email them as an attachment to an email containing your order. Regardless of how you contact us, be sure to include the contact information of the person ordering in case we have questions.
