Museum Security: The Guard’s Role
This is an award winning (ASIS Corporate Training Video Awards--First Place) 28 minute training video produced by The Art institute of Chicago and Steve Keller. It was funded by NEA and Kress Foundation grants and is a not-for-profit effort. Horizon Institute distributes the video as such.

This is an excellent video for every new guard in every museum. It explains what it is like to work in a museum and the problems a security officer will face. It was filmed at The Art Institute of Chicago by a professional crew.

For many years, major museums have used this video to teach their Human Resource recruiters what a security officer does and what type of people they should be recruiting.

This video is a must for every museum security training operation.
